Sistem Çalışması

Çalışma şekli PLC otomatik ve zaman ayarlı yarı otomatik olarak 2 sisteme ayrılır. PLC oto sistem çalışma şekli tamamen otomatik olup kirli solventi makinaya diyaframlı pompa ile çeker, dolum şamandırasına gelince otomatik olarak durur ve diğer araçlar devreye girer. Sistem çalışmaya başlar. 90 dakika ısınma süresiyle solventin türüne göre saatte 40/70 Lt geri kazanım sağlanır, kirlilik oranına göre farklılık gösterebilir. Ardından destilasyon işlemi başlar ve geri kazanım sağlanır. Makinadaki kirli solvent bitene kadar sistem çalışır ve bittikten sonra alarm vererek sistem kendini kapatır.

System Operation

The system operates in two modes: PLC automatic and time-controlled semi-automatic. In PLC automatic mode, the machine draws dirty solvent using a diaphragm pump. When it reaches the filling float, it stops automatically, and other devices are activated. The system starts running. With a 90-minute heating period, depending on the type of solvent, 40/70 liters per hour can be recovered, which may vary according to contamination levels. Afterward, the distillation process begins, and recovery continues until all dirty solvent in the machine is consumed. When completed, the system gives an alarm and shuts down automatically.
