System Operation

The system operates in two modes: PLC automatic and time-controlled semi-automatic. In PLC automatic mode, the machine draws dirty solvent using a diaphragm pump. When it reaches the filling float, it stops automatically, and other devices are activated. The system starts running. With a 90-minute heating period, depending on the type of solvent, 40/70 liters per hour can be recovered, which may vary according to contamination levels. Afterward, the distillation process begins, and recovery continues until all dirty solvent in the machine is consumed. When completed, the system gives an alarm and shuts down automatically.
